Items must be returned within 14 days of the date shown on the dispatch note.
Items must be unworn and unwashed.
Cosmetic and pierced jewellery products cannot be returned.
Items must have all tags attached and be in the same condition as when received.
Shipping costs are refunded only if there has been an error with the order.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.Alternatively you can email us for our address at email@example.com or get in touch by going to the Contact Us form with your order number and the reason why you wish to return your item(s).
A typical refund will take up to 21 days, that’s 14 days you returning and us processing it, with up to 7 days for it to make its way through the banking system.
You will receive an email when we have received and processed the item, from this it’s up to 5-10 business days to show in your bank statement, this is dependent on your banks processing time.
The refund will go back to the payment method you used when placing your order. Once we've done our bit you'll get an email confirming it’s on its way.

UK Next Day - If ordered before 1pm your order will be delivered the working day (excludes Bank Holidays). Please note orders placed after 1pm Friday will be shipped on Monday and delivered Tuesday £5.99

We’re really sorry to hear that you’ve received an item that’s not in perfect condition. So that we can get this fixed for you please go to our Contact Us form, or you can reach us via email or private message on Facebook. To help us get this fixed for you ASAP, when you first contact us please include the following information;
-Product name and code
-Picture of the fault
-Description of the fault
(The product name and code can be found on your order confirmation email).
If you contact us via the Contact Us form please have an image of the faulty item ready for when you recieve a reply as you won’t be able to attach the image on the form just yet.
